By creating an account or using any Hextic services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Hextic” refers to Hextic Software and its Services, websites, panels, APIs, and software.
• “You” refers to the account holder and any person using your account.
• “Software” refers to any executable, loader, client, library, or related material we provide.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any unauthorized use caused by weak passwords or sharing.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or rent access to your account unless explicitly permitted in writing by Hextic.

3. License & Intellectual Property

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services as intended.
• All content, Software, code, designs, trademarks, and branding are owned by Hextic or its licensors.
• No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Strict)

You agree that you will NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, or attempt to bypass obfuscation, encryption, or protection mechanisms of our Software or Services.
• Modify, patch, tamper with, or create derivative works from any Hextic Software without explicit written permission.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, licensing, session checks, anti-tamper, rate limits, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems, endpoints, databases, or user accounts.
• Use automation/bots/scripts to abuse, scrape, brute force, or overload the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes, including fraud, data theft, or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Enforcement, Bans & Permanent Revocation

Violation of Section 4 may result in immediate action including, but not limited to:

• Account termination and permanent access revocation to any or all Hextic Services.
• Invalidation of licenses/keys, membership benefits, and associated entitlements.
• Device/account fingerprinting blocks and denial of future registrations.
• Reporting to third parties or authorities where appropriate.

We may enforce these Terms with or without prior notice, and we may act based on telemetry, logs, and security signals.

6. Security & Integrity

• You must not attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Services or other users.
• Any attempt to manipulate membership expiration, redeemed keys, login counters, or user data may result in immediate termination.
• We may apply additional verification or restrictions if suspicious activity is detected.

7. Payments, Membership, and Expiration

• Membership tiers and expiration dates are enforced server-side.
• Refunds (if any) are governed by applicable policies; abuse or ToS violations can void refund eligibility.
• Redeemed keys are typically single-use unless stated otherwise.

8. Privacy & Data

• We may process login metadata such as IP (IPv4/IPv6), user agent, timestamps, and security events for fraud prevention and account protection.
• We do not guarantee anonymity. You agree we may store and use operational logs to protect the platform.

9. Availability, Updates, and Changes

• We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
• We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hextic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Services.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hextic from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hextic regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements regarding the same subject.
